Logistics Details

• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to all orders.
• All parcels are dispatched through a Government-Registered Courier Service for secure delivery.
• Prepayment is required for all orders to ensure safety and security.
• Please refuse delivery of any opened or damaged parcels and report the issue immediately.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via our trusted courier partner.
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.
• Orders received on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery time is 3-4 working days for most cities in Pakistan.
• For remote areas or villages, delivery may take 4-6 working days.
• Please note: No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Special Notes

• During sales or promotional events, delivery times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you in case of any delays.
